- I have received formal training through The HomeTeam Inspection Service.
- I have seven years of experience performing home inspections and have done over 2500
inspections over those years. - I am a member in good standing of The Oregon Real Estate Inspectors Association (OREIA).
- I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
(InterNACHI) and have passed InterNACHI’s Online Inspector Examination. - I have completed InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course, abide by InterNACHI’s Code
of Ethics and follow InterNACHI’s Standard of Practice. - I have completed InterNACHI's Structural Course, Plumbing Course, Roofing Course, and
Electrical Course. - I fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year.
