Serving the Portland Metro Area
A HomeTeam inspection provides a thorough visual evaluation of the current conditions of the
home. The purpose is to identify the systems and components of the property that, in the
professional opinion of the inspector, are significantly deficient. Our team of professionals
inspect hundreds of items... efficiently and professionally, providing you the quality inspection
you want.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will
not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying
qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. Ultimately a
thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector. I enjoy being a home
inspector and try my best to educate my clients about the purchase of their new home. My
excellent communication skills are used to clearly describe the major visual defects of the home
to investors, homebuyers, home sellers and real estate professionals. Please review my
qualifications below and e-mail or call with any questions.
